Payment & Subscription
- Card Payment: Pay via our Customer Portal using a debit or credit card.
- Direct Debit: Payments will be automatically collected on or around the 25th of each month from the account linked to your direct debit.

Cancelling Your Contract
- You can notify us via the Customer Portal or by contacting our customer service team at 0800 006 2041.
- If you are on a rolling monthly contract, your cancellation will be processed, and no further charges will be applied after the notice period.
Once you’ve given the required notice, your service will remain active until the end of your notice period. After this, your service will be terminated, and no additional charges will apply. Please ensure any outstanding balances are settled before cancellation to avoid further fees.
